The Mobile Kitchen aims to make healthy nutrition and information regarding healthy nutrition more accessible to students from marginalized communities. The initiative seeks to be personalized, by studying and gauging the daily nutritional and energy requirements of the students, and working towards understanding how they can best be met.
Through engaging and interactive activity books, surveys, and engagements, the Mobile Kitchen seeks to make a lasting impact, by not only showing students what a well-balanced meal is, but also teaching what goes into that meal and why, and what the role of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vitamins and minerals are.
